Responding to information and briefing requests: pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Maintaining the commercial relationship and sending communications about similar services: legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR), with the right to object at any time.
Sending the periodic briefing when expressly requested: consent of the data subject (art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time.

4. Retention periods
